LSC Interleague is a developmental training program available to all players born in 2013 or earlier. The primary purpose of the Interleague Program is to assist each individual player on improving and advancing their soccer skill level. The emphasis will be on developing well rounded players that continue to grow and develop a love for the game of soccer. This program is appropriate for players that want to continue improving but may not be ready for the commitment of the LSC Elite Program.
The season typically starts the week after Labor Day and runs through the second week of November. After a winter break the program resumes on the first week of April and continues through the second week of June. (Season start dates to be announced.) LSC Interleague curriculum is based on the Red Bull Player Development Philosophy and Building Blocks.
Training sessions are held twice per week and are conducted by professional coaches from the Red Bulls Training Academy. Games are facilitated by Parent Administrators. Games are held every Sunday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and game length is dependent upon the age group. The number of teams fielded are based upon enrollment. Teams participate in a local league and will compete against other local clubs. Levittown Soccer Club reserves the right to combine age groups.
Required Equipment for LSC Interleague: Uniform (included in registration cost), training jersey, cleats, shin guards, soccer ball (size as per age group). Player evaluations are not required for this program.
